CLEANING QUOTE AND JOB TRACKER This sample uses fictional demo jobs and US dollars. QUOTE TAB Replace the amber inputs. Enter every numeric amount, using 0 when a cost does not apply. Cleaners must be a whole number of at least 1. Target margin must be at least 0% and below 100%. Hourly labor cost should include wages and employer costs. Include allocated overhead in Other job costs. Suggested price is the higher of the minimum charge or total estimated cost divided by (1 minus target margin), rounded up to the next cent. It is a cost-based estimate. Choose your final selling price after reviewing the job. Tax is excluded. JOBS TAB Replace or clear the three DEMO rows before real use. Enter one job per row in the amber columns A through I. Use the date the job was performed. Revenue means the amount earned for the job, excluding sales tax; it is not a payment or bank-balance tracker. Labor hours are total person-hours: 2 cleaners working 3 hours each means 6 labor hours. Hourly labor cost includes wages and employer costs. Enter 0 for unused cost categories. Include allocated overhead in Other costs. Do not type over the white formula columns J through M. There are 50 prepared job rows (rows 12 through 61). Rows beyond 61 are not included in totals. Incomplete or invalid jobs are excluded from totals and counted at the top. A loss remains negative. A zero-revenue job has no meaningful margin, displayed as n.a. The quote calculator is separate from the job tracker. It does not automatically save a quote as a job. Copy final job details into the tracker yourself. This workbook contains no macros or external links. Validation performed: formula recalculation, 30 input and reconciliation checks, blank versus zero tests, invalid margin/negative cost tests, first/middle/last job row checks, and rendered visual review. Native Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets recalculation have not been tested.
