The current Newgate brief builder and Juniper sample calculator work in your browser. They do not send your entries to Newgate.
Your brief and sample estimates
Typing into the brief builder creates a text document in this browser tab. The calculator updates an illustrative price in the same way. We do not use these features to submit your entries, store them on our server, or place them in browser local storage or cookies. Your browser may independently offer autofill or restore form entries.
Saving a brief downloads a text file to your device. Choosing “Copy brief” asks your browser to place that text on your clipboard. What happens to the file or clipboard after that depends on your device and the apps you use.
Email is a separate action
If an enquiry address is available and you choose an email link, your email app may open a draft. You decide what to attach or paste and whether to send it. Your message is handled by your email provider and the receiving mailbox. Creating, downloading, or copying a brief does not send an email.
Analytics and hosting
We have not added advertising pixels, third-party fonts, or visitor analytics to this site. The website host may process standard technical information, such as your IP address, requested page, and request time, to deliver the site and keep it secure. That is separate from the text you type into the local tools.
Contact details and sensitive information
Newgate is a SolaceSoftware service. Email support@smilingface.cloud for questions about this page or a message you have sent us. This opens your email app; nothing is sent until you send it. Please do not put passwords, payment card numbers, identity documents, or other sensitive information into a project brief.
If we connect a form later
A future form that sends enquiries will be identified clearly before you submit. This page will be updated to describe the destination, information collected, and purpose before that form is offered. The current tools are not connected submission forms.
The demonstration
Juniper Home Cleaning is fictional. Its calculator uses published illustrative assumptions and does not accept bookings, create a customer account, or provide a binding quote.
