What do you need from me?

Your business name, services, service area, contact details, any existing website, and your approved logo and photos if available. We’ll confirm any access needed for the agreed launch.

Can you work without a logo or photos?

Yes. We can create a thoughtful page using type, color, and simple graphics. Custom brand design and commissioned photography are outside this pilot.

Does the price include hosting or a domain?

No. You own your domain and hosting accounts. We agree on a suitable arrangement and any related costs before the project begins. No recurring Newgate care plan is required.

Will this get me more customers?

The page helps explain your business and makes an enquiry easier. Results depend on your offer, traffic, and follow-up. We don’t promise visitor numbers, search rankings, leads, or bookings.

What counts as one revision round?

One consolidated list of changes to the agreed page, such as wording, colors, spacing, or images. New pages, new features, booking systems, payment systems, and major changes to the original scope need a separate agreement.

Who handles payments and receipts?

Newgate is a SolaceSoftware service. Payments and receipts are handled by SolaceSoftware. We agree on the scope and payment instructions before any deposit is due.

Is Juniper a real client?

No. Juniper Home Cleaning is a fictional demonstration created to show the layout and interactions. Its prices, services, and estimate assumptions are illustrative. It doesn’t accept bookings.
